Part of the Infinite Banking For… Series
Discover how elite real estate investors use the Infinite Banking Concept to make every dollar do two jobs at once — compounding wealth while financing their next deal. A 15-minute read that could reshape your entire investment strategy.

Most real estate investors are unknowingly financing the bank's profits — every deal, every loan, every idle dollar sitting in an account that earns almost nothing. The system is designed this way on purpose. Until now.
Every time you move cash into a real estate deal, it stops compounding. You're leaving guaranteed growth on the table — permanently.
HELOCs, hard money loans, credit checks — the bank decides if you get the deal. Good deals go to whoever has cash first. That's rarely you.
Your money sitting in a savings account earning 0.1% while inflation runs 4–6%? That's a guaranteed loss. Slow, invisible, compounding.
In real estate, it's not *if* you'll be sued — it's *when*. Your savings account, your equity? All exposed. There's a better way.
"Control your capital, or somebody else will."
— David Befort, IBC Authorized Practitioner
The book covers Leverage, Liquidity, and Loss-Proof in depth. Here's a sneak peek at the core principles that have helped hundreds of families and real estate investors create economic certainty.
Most investors put cash into a deal — that dollar is now doing one job. With IBC, you first capture that dollar inside a specially-designed whole life policy, where it earns guaranteed compound growth for the rest of your life. Then you borrow against it to fund the deal. The original dollar never leaves. It's still compounding. The loan is working the deal. Two jobs. Simultaneously.

Dave does a great job of quickly and easily explaining how the Infinite Banking Process can be used by Real Estate Investors (or anybody for that matter) to finance deals using their own banking system. Think long term, build cash value, leverage it on YOUR terms for deals. You're the banker, the Banker does what he wants. Good stuff!
